Placing Your Order
Orders can be placed via our website, this service is open 24-hours a day 7 days a week. Of course we are still happy to take orders by phone, fax or email. Our office hours are 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday.
We aim to process all orders on day of receipt and for you to take delivery within 5 working days. We despatch all non-palletised goods on a 24 or 48 hour service and try to advise of out of stock items or orders that will be delayed for any reason at the time of processing. There is no minimum order requirement, excluding orders of Moltex Oko (see below for details), however all orders under the value of £200 (ex VAT) will incur a carriage charge of £8.50 (+ VAT).
All orders over £200 (ex VAT) are free of charge, although deliveries made outside of mainland UK will be invoiced at cost. Prices will be quoted on request and prior to despatch.
Moltex Orders
We require a minimum order of 4 boxes of Moltex , and Moltex may only be ordered in Multiple of 4 boxes.
Pallet Deliveries
Deliveries of palletised orders are charged at cost, or customers are welcome to collect from our warehouse.
If we do not have sufficient stock to supply you immediately, please allow a 10 day lead time. Please contact us if you would like further information on Moltex pallet prices.
Errors
Please advise us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of accepting delivery and we will arrange to correct as necessary.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted within a reasonable time-frame, in a re saleable condition and are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Please contact us for further details.
